I live with my elderly parents and have to take strict covid precautions. KAPA disposal's covid protocols really ensured the safety of everyone from ordering the bin, drop/pickup and payment collection. They were very accommodating with where I wanted the bin in the driveway and they also included wood for driveway protection! A job well done all around!

We were working on a night project at yorkdale mall, opposite of business hours. My go to disposal company wasn't able to deliver bins through the night. I managed to find these guys that offer a 24 hour service and they ran consecutive bins all night so we could wrap up our project and be out by the morning before the mall opens. Excellent service!

We ordered to have a 10 yard bin dropped and were expecting to load it ourselves but the driver was so nice and helped us quickly load it on the spot and took the bin right away, which was super convenient. Honest and trustworthy company to deal with. Ordered a bin online through their website, and had a reply almost instantly. I opted to pay with my credit card and was asked to leave a deposit for any potential overage charges. Upon pick up they returned me my deposit as my bin was underweight. I've heard some horror stories from other disposal companies and using your credit card. Kapa made the process super simple and easy.
